Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Policy 
Gul.Co has a strict no-refund policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.

Cancellation Policy 
⦁ Customer can cancel or change their orders within 3 hours of order submission.
⦁ After that, no queries for cancellation or changes will be entertained. Customers are advised to receive their orders at any cost once the order has been placed and payment has been made.

Exchange Policy 
All purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to you. Acceptance for exchange is subject to the following conditions:
⦁ The product/s must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
⦁ It will be inspected by Gul.Co representatives and after providing all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, you will send the package back to the provided address.
⦁ If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
⦁ For exchanges based on personal preferences or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange.
⦁ Exchange must be done for an equivalent value or higher value. The price difference will be refunded if the new item has a lower value.
⦁ Sale, discounted, or promotional items cannot be exchanged.
⦁ The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan.
Note: We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to package it in its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company.

Exceptions 
Earrings, Nose pins, and other personal items related to hygiene cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
